hello, i would like to help you with your model/animation if the project still stands. to make an animation match a new model requires that the new model has the same rig structure as the one used in the animation. i can think of a few workarounds: -matching the rig of the new model to the one used in the animation (if it's not that different) -re-rigging the new model with the same rig used in the animation -re-animating the animation but with the new rig used in the new model i'm happy to perform any of these tasks , so feel free to contact me anytime for more information i hope you find the best candidate for your project , Good Luck! :)
