Microsofr Window UI utility. Simple project ($30-250 USD)
I am looking for someone to write a small utility software whose sole purpose is to take the currently focused window, and using some predefined hotkey render invisible (or at least paint black as the background is black) the border and the title bar and all its contents (title bar text, system menus etc.).
Another hotkey should brings the border and title bar back.
All my attempts at achieving this with AHK or with general purpose UI manipulation software such as Winexp have failed, since when I manage to eliminate the border and/or title bar, a brilliant white rectangle is exposed underneath, and my endless registry tweaking doesn't help. I guess someone knowledgeable with windows UI could write such a program within minutes. I hope I'm not wrong :-)
