Redesign UX / UI of a SASS platform in figma + correct liver version of the platform

I am looking for a UX/UI designer to redesign our SASS platform in figma and correct the live version of the platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in both usability and visual aesthetics, as we are seeking improvements in both areas.
Specific Requirements:
- The designer should have a strong understanding of usability principles and be able to improve the platform's usability and navigation.
- They should also have a keen eye for visual aesthetics and be able to create an improved and visually appealing design.
- We would like to retain specific elements from the current design, so the designer should be able to work with existing features and integrate them into the new design seamlessly.
