as long as this project isn't awarded, you can start working on it. bid only when you found the source code that can do the job. it should output most of the characters in that image correctly, above 80% of them. i am a coder and i want an ocr that i can include in my vb.net software. usual ocr engines can't recognise, you can try them. i must receive from you the source code to include it in my software. it has to be free or open source. write in you bid, the first words "i found one that works".
