Need a developer to create an alternative vBulletin user reputation system aimed at managing general user profile reputation instead of influencing it by liking user threads messages as it is implemented out of the box. The new solution implies to be an additional rating system. Forum users should be able to find particular users and influence their rating apart from voting for their messages. N.B: The solution shouldn't intrude into the vBulletin engine core since the owner looses the right for the official support, so it needs to be kind of a plugin that works as a module.
