Hello, we need to hire somebody able to create the videos we will use for Facebook Ads.

We have many online stores and we advertise using Facebook ads. We test a lot of products, so we need you to make our videos so we can test a few products per week. The goal here is to create videos that make people go to our website and buy.

What you need to know about the job:

-We need you to know how to make a video that converts. The only purpose of the video is to make people click the link to visit our website and buy the product we are advertising.

-We need you to have some editing skills, not needed too many effects, only the basics to craft a video ad that looks clean, professional and engaging. The video structure and the clips used are by far more important than the video effects.

-We need you to have the ability to find useful clips for our products. We mainly sell from a wholesaler and sometimes do not have all the media content that we'd like, so it is important that you can find your own clips and adapt them to make it look it is our product's content. If you are struggling with this point, we can help you to find great material. The material is like 80% of a video success, so this is the most important part.

About the terms, we would like to fix a quantity for each video, instead of paying per hour. We can negotiate if we like the result.

Our goal is to find somebody who can craft all the videos we need for the product tests we are going to run. If we like your job, you will be our video creator. We aim to a long-term business relationship. If we like your job, we will give you a lot of products so you can win more money while working for us.

Also, we will ask for 1 first video as a test. We will give you the product and you will have to craft 1 video preferrably with 2 different hooks. If you want to be the winner, please read carefully and adapt to all we said before. Everything is well explained, so you should be able to make the video as we need. Feel free to ask what you need.

We also prefer people who work with Adobe Premiere Pro, so you can share with us the project file and we can modify it in the future if needed (such as change the language or whatever).

PLEASE, do not apply if you can't craft a video exactly how we described. We don't mind giving you some extra instructions, but please do not craft a youtube video. Note it is for Facebook ads, so not all the video types are useful here.
