Video Editing using Final Cut Pro 10 -- 2

I have a series of video clips that I need edited. I will provide the clips as well as an instruction page for what I want to see in the final clip. The freelancer will edit the clips down using their judgement as to the best looking end product possible. All of the videos are a two camera shoot. The first clip is under 1 minute long. If the freelancer I select does a good job, they will then be awarded the remaining clips as an hourly project. I have a minimum of 14 clips but this number may grow. The freelancer must use Final Cut Pro for this project.
