Have to develop the motivational and management videos- shooting , editing and uploading on YouTube

I want to develop my videos, which can be posted on Youtube so I require somebody who can shoot, edit and upload. We can work on profit sharing basis. The duration of video will be 5 minutes to 30 minutes or even more, shooting will be planned in Viman Nagar Pune only, I will be preparing the content and provide the shooting place as well. My collaborator should be somebody who should have a professional video camera and knows how to shoot, edit and upload. Videos will be in Hindi and English.
