Looking for someone who can create Sports Time Line videos (Examples in description)

We are Looking for a talented video editor who has the ability to edit 1-2 videos a week for our NBA YouTube channel, here is my criteria:
1) You MUST be passionate about the Sports, NBA and basketball in general. It is crucial to our partnership together.
My videos involve me sending you a script and or a time of event about a specific subject, and I
expect the editor to be capable of ripping correlative footage from the internet onto the project along with cool effects (Which is a plus). If you have no knowledge of the NBA or Basketball, you will struggle to do this.
The script with have all the video clip links. Making this easy. No research will be needed. That will be done for you already.
Our BUDGET for this right now is $30 to $40 depending on the length of the video.
2) The content must be engaging, YouTube provides me with viewer retention reports and I do check these reports consistently.
3) The ability to edit 1-2 videos per week.
Editors will also be paid bonuses if their content reaches specific milestones (for example: If a video hits 50,000 views you will be paid extra)
