We are looking for a professional and experienced video editor who can create high-quality videos for YouTube and delivers quickly (It's about 20 video's per month, but could be more).
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Can deliver a video within 24h after receiving the input for the video.
- Has experience with YouTube automation channels and has measurable success.
- Has a strong knowledge of the YouTube policies, copyright rules and fair use because our videos need to be monetized.
- Can create high-quality and bingeable videos.
- Knows how to keep the audience engaged with the right pacing and transitions without a lot of adjustment rounds.
- Strong editorial skills and access to stock footage websites.
- Is organized, communicative and quick to respond.
- Knows how to work with tight deadlines!
VIDEO DEMANDS:
- Video format: intro, main content (edit this in an engaging, funny and entertaining way), end with CTA for comment, like, subscribe.
- Important: add copyright free images, video materials, sound effects and background music.
- Video editing: edit videos always in a way to engage the audience with a focus on CTR and retention rate, 1080p HD+, lower-thirds/text/transitions where relevant and use professional video software only (like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro).

- Videos of 4 minutes long.
