Suggested speaker list: (Try and use recent interviews/podcasts if possible) Robert kiyosaki Max igan Dr Joe Dispenza Jocko willink' Topics should be - self improvement, motivation, life advice, personality etc... You MUST become familiar with motivational speaking work to do this role. FIND THE SPEECHES YOURSELF! Requirements: 2 videos a week - Stylized intro (first 20/30 seconds)- animated text, video transitions as seen on the example channel! - 3840*2160 mp4 60fps 16mb/s output Dark blue color grading + darkened video - USE A LUTS PRESET IN PREMIERE PRO - FIND ON YOUTUBE Subtitled ACCURATELY in English (Bebas neue font) (use youtube subtitle generator + add corrections) RELEVANT stock footage (videoblocks account provided once hired) You can combine speakers in some videos. You SHOULD take small clips from each speaker and fit them together. Not just take a large 8 minute speech for each video. Explanation: Do not start the video with the original speaker video footage. Start with stock footage and mix in clips from the speaker for a maximum of 5 seconds at a time. (do this a maximum of 10 times in the video) You can try using footage from real movies if it's relevant, BUT you must crop the video so youtube can't detect/claim copyright and you must flip the video and add cinematic filters so it isn't detectable. PAYMENT: - Partner of the youtube channel, you will be paid 30% of channel revenue. NO FLAT PAYMENT! I estimate within 3 months the channel will earn $1,500 a month. so you could potentially make $500 for just 8 videos.
