Hi there, I'm Matt Sergei (do call me Matt, please) and I would like to help you enhance your Zoom interview recording.
1. Can I see it first to analyze? E.g. you probably already have uploaded the recording to Google Drive, Dropbox or even YouTube in Unlisted mode etc. Or can you share a Cloud Recording (presuming you used it)?
2. Are speaker titles depicted from the video or will you provide them to match with their displayed names? If you have used Local Recording Zoom feature then participant names are not shown.
3. With "useless" footage you mean parts of waiting for other speaker, any repeating of the same content (if asked by moderator or other viewers/participants), long switching to any application screen share etc? Or also cutting spoken content by speakers (that would require subject matter knowledge)?
4. Audio will be cleaned and loaded to video software. Exporting cut video with added titles can lose final video quality compared to source video (MP4 is compressed video format that introduces loses to keep file size lower than uncompressed version. Any additional compression loses quality further etc). Are you willing to accept that?
The plan is actually to:
a. Use video cutting software to first export shrunk video without losing quality (e.g. no re-compression).
b. Then enhance the audio.
c. Add speaker titles.
d. Export the video (this cannot be done without re-compression).
I will know more when I see the recording.
Regards and hope you're safe,
Matt
