Capture a flashgame intro on video, to be uploaded on youtube.

I need someone to capture the intro of a flashgame, then save it as an HD video to be uploaded to youtube. I tried to do this myself but when I uploaded to youtube, the quality was not good. I have the flashgame with me. You will be asked to upload the video yourself for me to see if it works well. I need the video size to be the same as the game's dimensions.
