Producing a ~1 min Video with 2 different endings

We are looking to have a video produced, approximately 1 minute in duration each, with 2 different endings based on the attached scripts (the red is the part that will change):
1. The first video will be based on the script on the first page.
2. The second video will be mostly the same as the first video, but with a slightly different beginning and ending that needs to be made in a way that I can easily change this and customize it. (I want an After Effects template made so that I can easily change the red text found at the beginning and the end as well as the background image at the beginning. I want to be able to customize this video myself so I can send to our clients. )
The video will be approximately 1 minute long and I want the video to contain a combination of some video that we have shot, stock footage/videos we have, any stock footage/videos you might want to add, some motion graphics animations and design, customized graphic elements, plus sounds/music as appropriate. I have also included the voiceover files in the Google Drive link below (I would like this voice to be made deeper/more suspenseful).
Please let me know any ideas you have for our video when submitting a proposal. Also include the price and any reference videos that you have created so I can get an idea for your video experience and skills.
