Video editor

Hi all I'm looking for a video editor for wedding videos, from a 2 camera shoot. I need a full version edit of approx 1hour 30minutes to 2 hours long and a highlight reel of about 8 minutes in length. Files need to be transfered through Dropbox on both ends. Files from my end range between 50 to 70 gbs and I would need to receive them back at around 15gbs. Full length broken into 3/4 parts each part needs to be less than 4gbs and the highlight reel around 1gb. Hope this helps. Kind regards Mike
