Warehouse and Logistics Service

I need to create a video in Prezi or similar software to present the yearly achievements of a service named "Materials Management" that has many departments under. Each department has its own monthly achievements numbers that I want to present in a visual, animated, and entertaining way for a management and staff at a lunch gathering event. The video can include photos of each department staff and the building itself where you can animate each department within. Creative and imaginative lancer is needed to add value to the video. The video shall be played repeatedly on an LCD TV during the lunch event.
