Looking for a native American English speaker to take care of our clients as our CS representative for the North American region. If based in the East Coast area it will be a big plus. We are seeking for a long term cooperation.
Main missions are:
1. Ad-hoc tasks like translation and market research.
2. E-mails, messages, and phone contacts with customers.
3. Customer meeting when requested in your city.
Job type: Part-time - 15 hours / month for starter.
Job Salary: US$20 / hour
All expenses related to the job will be reimbursed by the company. Although we offer a 15 hours /month part-time job, we request our Customer Service Specialist to be very responsive with our clients that might call after regular office hours and sometimes during the weekends.
