We are seeking a highly skilled virtual assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled virtual assistant to assist with our daily online operations (5 HOURS A WEEK MINIMUM). The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of both English and Spanish (verbal and written), as well as knowledge of prompts in ChatGPT.
In addition, experience in editing blog posts and texts on WordPress, Shopify, and Wix, and knowledge of GSuite (Docs, Sheets, and Presentation), as well as Microsoft Excel and Word, are required.
It is essential that the candidate has experience in managing Manychat, strong research and review skills, and the ability to document successful campaign or project outcomes.
The candidate is expected to have the ability to filter freelancers for different areas as required on various platforms according to the guidelines provided.
Knowledge of graphic design is a plus, and we expect the candidate to have experience using tools such as Notion, Asana, or Trello.
