Job Title: Virtual Assistant Compensation: Send me your fee (I am happy to pay above and beyond the industry standard, as long as the work performed is amazing) Location: Virtual/anywhere Intro: I have a 1-1 consulting business where I help new digital marketers set their business up and get their first 5 clients through 1-1 coaching. I take these new digital marketers through a 9 week online coaching program to show them how to set their business up, get the right mindset, find their ideal niche, book sales calls and conduct sales calls. About the Job: I have a proven process of finding these digital marketers through Facebook and Linkedin and have been doing this myself for years now. But the time has come to outsource this part of my business. I am looking for someone to take over this part of my business, meaning you will be adding and speaking to new prospects and taking them through my process of getting them to book a sales call with me. This usually takes me no more than 2 hours daily for 5x per week (10 hours per week of work). Thus you will be paid on a weekly basis according to your hourly rate and be responsible for the following tasks: - Gaining and maintaining access to my personal LinkedIn and Facebook accounts - Daily adding of 30-40 new prospects on these two platforms using the process I will show you - Starting conversations with 15-20 new prospects daily and conversing with them using the scripts I will show you - Replying to all 15-20 prospect messages and conversations throughout the day (Instead of constantly being aware of responding to prospects immediately throughout the day, this can be split into 2-3, 5-minute periods per day of replying to my inbox. This makes it easier to cope with) - Booking my sales calls for me through these conversations - Reporting results from the days work at the end of each work day on a shared spreadsheet. Requirements: Of course this is a huge part of my business and you will be responsible for my image on my profiles. Thus, you must satisfy all of the following requirements to be considered for this position: - 100% fluent in english (This is a must, broken english will not work) - Needs to be a person who is happy speaking to new people over messages every day and following a rough script of messaging. - Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly desired - Previous experience in managing prospect conversations is highly desired - Is fun and willing to be in this for the long term as I am looking for someone to join my team, not just a once off contractor.
