A virtual music school is looking for experienced Tamil speaking admin staff to support with a wide range of school-related admin activities, including - Managing student and teacher information - Ensuring all bills are paid on time, correctly allocated and payment reminders are sent - Timetabling and attendance monitoring of students and teachers - Communication with parents and teachers where appropriate by email and Viber Skills needed: - Must be fluent in Tamil and English - Must be confident using MS Office, Google Docs and Zoom - Must be highly organised and an articulate communicator The individual will be required to attend a 30 minutes weekly catch-up meeting. Total hours: 20 per month with fixed monthly payment.

Hello there, I am glad to take up this admin staff job. First of all, I am a Tamilian, i.e., my mother tongue is Tamil. And I am quite good in communication in both English and Tamil. I have got quite good voice too. I can also use MS Office and Google docs for the timetabling, attendance record, payment receipts, payment remainders and student, teacher information and Zoom meeting for weekend catchup report.
