Partners of a family owned company searching for proficient administrative assistant. Our company is looking for a virtual assistant to assist in maintaining multiple calendars, reviewing newspapers for key words and stories, communicating with clients to obtain information, permissions and approvals, gathering maintaining documentation, communicating with vendors, working on social media accounts, This person should have excellent English speaking and writing skills, as well as be able to communiate via telephone, email and text.
