The company provides business support and legal services to a wide range of organizations from leading brands through to pre-start-up entrepreneurs. It also provides life coaching services to entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, managers and staff. Our mission is to help our clients make a positive impact on the world.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented and experienced Virtual Assistant to help with several administrative, marketing and customer support activities for the company. This position is also suitable for part time workers. We are looking for an immediate start.
KEY TASKS
Inbox monitoring and enquiry management.
Live Chat and Customer Support across various channels.
Identify potential referral partners and opportunities for business growth.
Finance administration (invoicing, credit control, budgeting, liaising with bookkeepers and accountants, financial reporting)
Produce visual content and marketing collaterals for the business.
Produce reports for management.
General personal assistance in research and implementation of tasks.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
This is a long-term project with the following requirements
Excellent English.
Strong Content writing skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Hands on experience in administrative tasks.
Knowledge of Microsoft office and other office management tools and applications.
Must be available for weekly meetings.
Must be available for some UK Hours.
