Virtual Assistant Needed

I am looking for a virtual assistant to work directly with the owner of a digital marketing agency. This person will work FULL TIME, from 6am to 3pm, Monday thru Friday, US Mountain Time. The candidate must speak and write with exceptional US english, have experience writing and speaking over the phone with clients and customers, and be extremely organized and able to handle many jobs at one time. I will be checking references and need to see previous experience working as a virtual assistant for other companies. Any experience with quickbooks, writing sales copy, SEO, web development skills, and/or phone sales would be a bonus. This is a FULL TIME job where your hours will be tracked throughout the day and completing tasks quickly will be paramount to your success. If you do not have experience, please do not apply. If you do not have exceptional comand of speaking and writing in American English. Your job will include managing Asana task management software, tracking leads for our businesses, following up on emails from customers, improving overall communications within the company and from our various companies to clients and customers. You will track daily expenses and handle simple data entry for various tasks. You will do some online research on various topics as needed and will work directly with the owner of the company on helping to complete vital tasks needed to increase sales and reduce expenses.
