We own an iphone application development/ Internet marketing consultancy practice and are looking for a full time virtual assistant.
Their primary roles will be as follows:
1) Perform market research including top selling iphone applications, market research, market competitor analysis etc etc
2) Appointment setting, customer support
3) Personal assistant roles to both directors of the company
4) Answering and directing incoming enquiries
5) General administration duties such as reminding directors of meetings, clearing email, performing web research etc etc
6) Optimize a pay per click campaign, especially a Google Adwords campaign.
7) Optimize web pages for maximizing conversion rates
The ideal canidate will also be somoenone who can easily trained on how to use moderately specialized computer software
The key competencies you are expected to have:
1) Initiative: The ability to assume responsibility for solving problems and moving the company forward
2) Ability to work independently
3) Ability to manage yourself and others
Do not apply unless you have:
1) At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
2) Speak and write fluently in English ( clarity is much more important than whether or not your accent sounds different: Australia is pretty multicultural anyway)
3) Ability to work on a fixed schedule.
4) Ability to work within Australian - Brisbane to be more specific - operating hours
This job would be well suited for a small team working from home as well.
