I need some help with my business. I need a virtual assistant that can handle customer service emails. We aren’t a very large business so it’s nothing crazy. But we get about 3-4 customer errors a week & I need someone to be in contact with customers & to data entry the order corrections for me. This includes responding & assessing the issue. Then entering order details in our shipstation. Very easy
