an artistic rendering of a design in a digital format

We would like to create a design for the glass railing on our upstairs hallway, as it is a focal point for guests entering our house through the front door into the 2 story foyer. We want to artfully integrate a stylized Jerusalem skyline onto the glass by adhering window film to the clear glass [login to view URL] Your Walls needs a JPEG or PDF of a design to make the window film for the panels. We like the glass panels at our synagogue and we want to copy them pretty closely. The panels were installed at least 5 decades ago so the artist is probably dead. I have photos of the railing and the synagogue panels.
