Excel workbook has a worksheet that includes project information in a row of 5 adjacent cells (including a start date) and a table that has 6 job positions (vertical axis) and 8 weeks (horizontal axis). The body of the table has the hours for each position for each week. There are six additional worksheets, one for each job position. Project information and the related hours are in rows with the start dates across the top.
We need the VBA code to add to an existing macro to copy the project information to the next available row for each of the 6 job position worksheets and take the hours for the 8 weeks for each job position and copy the data to its own worksheet, also in the next available row and paste the data starting in the appropriate column that matches the start date in the project information.
In the attached Excel 2000 file, the data in B5 through F5 in the sheet 'Selection' would be copied to all six sheets starting with 'Bus Analyst' in B7 through F7 (the next available row) and the the hours for each position in the table (I13 through P18) would be copied (paste special) to the appropriate sheet starting at K7 (the next available row for the starting date of 6/3/2011).
If we have described this properly, we estimate the development time to be about one hour.
Hi, lets get done with it today. I have over 3 years Excel VBA (macros, automation) experience, and can easily finish it in one day (if not one hour). So can send you by tonight (UK time).
Thanks.
