I need an example program written in VB6 accessing a SQL database to show how to display list boxes, text fields, scrollable lists, multi-select lists. There should be all types of fields displayed, with pop up forms, modal forms and multi-function forms which can be display only, or edited / updated.
The program must include multiple forms with a command button to go from one form to another.
The forms must include the following types of fields (not necessarily all type on one form):
List box (code to show how to initially populate, add lines, remove lines and update lines)
