The VB6 Developer needs to know at least the following: Create And Modify Forms Create And Modify User Controls Create And Modify ActiveX DLLs Work With Third Party Controls Work With ADODB Read, Modify, and Create SQL Queries In Microsoft SQL Server The developer must be located in Hanoi, Vietnam and has to communicate with client via Skype (text chat at least) or email.
