Is it possible? FORM Filling Software for Job Applications

I would like to have a Windows Based Application (Windows 7), perhaps VB/VBA, C+, C#, Java, ASP, or ??? - that will allow me to INSERT about common Job Application Fields - with Answers/Responses...like all the common fields about me, the Applicant - My name, address, phone, Employer 1 name, address, position/title, job description, Employer 2 same, Employer 3 same, etc., etc. etc....
I am working on a project that requires me to MANUALLY fill out Employment Applications - and after about 10, I am hoping someone here can help me create a "software" that I can just click the Application Field, then Click in the App - the relevant field, and the App fills in the data.
So I type out all the data in the App, FIRST...
Then I go to the Employers website, fill out their Application using the data from the App.
I would ESTIMATE about 100 to 200 Fields of information.
Data could be LETTERS, like name
Numbers, like PAY
Could be 10-20 characters, like name/city/state...
OR
Could be 100's like Job Description
