Simple App. Must be in VB6, must provide source, so I can fine tune after you get it working (for example, pick any graphic, I can change it later). See attached mock up. This would be a welcome slide in our church auditorium. This is one form. The text in the welcome box scrolls across the screen. As new visitors arrive, you can type a name in the lower box (where it says "George Washington" in the mock up) and the hit the "Add Name" button. Then the next time the scroll screen starts, it adds " . . . " plus the new name to the end of the scroll string. There does not need to be a database, this can all be just variables, and when the app closes, it looses all the names.
FYI: with our projector, I can adjust it so the lower portion of the screen (the data entry portion below the red line) is off the screen an only visible on the laptop, but does not get projected on the screen.
this realy is very easy. i can code this program on pascal instead of vb. i will make it fully customizable so you won't have a need to get into the code. everything you need will be changed via the settings.
