Good experience as a Process Executive - Voice, Customer service representative with various organizations. Provide good recommendations, quality control on the calls and open to an online interview if needed.
Ability to handle data entry, technical support issues, working on tier 1 customer care tickets, servicing email, chat, phone and web cases in any CRM.
Good and fluent communication in English with high problem solving, patience in customer handling, critical thinking abilities.
Open to working in US hours. Timings are flexible.
