Hello, I am very much interested in this project. I have a huge back ground in Network Security and currently seeking a long term engagement with someone that is seeking help with cyber-security. I have worked for some of the largest security companies such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Dell and/or Lancope. I hope you consider my expertise in software, hardware and consulting. 1. I have no issue creating cloud based servers with Digital ocean or AWS. Each provider is different will just need to contact their documentations. I have done Digital Ocean but its been years. 2. I have not installed 3CX in years, but I am sure its not to different. I will be happy to read the documentation to see if anything is different. 3. I used to work for Fortinet so I know the OS very well. We can create policies to allow remote access to the cloud server. But will not have VPN unless there is a head end VPN solution at Digital Ocean. 4. Policies and Internet Traffic policies are easy but I can not create VPN solution unless there is a firewall at the cloud server such as Fortinet or a virtual firewall solution. 5. I am familiar with the NGFW features such as IPS, AV, Web Filtering and etc. 6. I am not familar with the Gateway for the PSTN/BRI but I am happy to research.
