Vtiger -- teach me how to use Vtiger ---

I want to start using Vtiger but don't have the time to learn it from tutorials. If you can spare a couple of hours, I would like you to teach me how to: * Create separate databases for different kinds of leads and contacts * Enter data - is there a browser add-on that can capture and enter contact information from websites and directories * Schedule the next time I should follow up with a lead * Make notes on what transpired on a call * Add useful information about clients like what kind of software they use * Assign accounts to different sales reps * Setup permissions for Admin and Users I am sure I'll have many other questions once you get me started.
