Custom application to support business requirements of small hedge fund

Myself and a partner run a very small hedge fund with no other employees and without the assistance of custom or out-of-the-box software. Essentially, we use email to run the business. I would like to devise a customized cloud-based solution that comprehensively maintains our data, grabs data daily from our 2 brokers with respect to positions, transactions, pricing, etc, provides a very intuitive and flexible way to display the data including but not limited to canned reports, and also manages the administrative and marketing workflows of the business. I thought Airtable or clickup might be a suitable anchor for the solution but am open to other ideas. I am also assuming a need for a business intelligence app as i expect our reporting and visualization requirements will exceed the native capability of whatever core tool we select. Again, very open to any and all ideas. I believe familiarity with financial accounting and experience in the financial sector, preferably asset management, are requirements and that it is unlikely we would elect to work with anyone who doesn't have these.
