Finishing touches on video petition website for animal welfare charity.

Hello, I am part of an animal welfare organisation called 'Action for Dolphins'. We recently participated in a 'hackathon' event, during which a team of volunteer web developers built a video petition website for us. They were able to get a large part of the website completed within the 2 day time frame, however we want to now re-skin the website design (we have a graphic designer who can help with this element), and add a few finishing touches before launching the website to the public in the next few weeks. The website currently has a landing page, and the ability to record a video from phone and webcam. It also stores information requested before recording the video (name, contact email etc.) in a spreadsheet. We would like the video to be able to be recorded and stored within the website. The site is then meant to display the video on the homepage, and upload a version to a server or, preferably, to our Youtube account. However, these two features are not currently working. According to the developers who were previously working on the website, there should be less than 30 hours work left on the site to get the final changes we are hoping for completed. Unfortunately we do not know what programme language the site is currently in. or what level of coding is required to finish the site. We would like to discuss these aspects with any developers interested in taking on the project.
