Skype for business

Note: Resources need to dedicate 8 hrs/day in EST time zone from monday to friday • Hands on experience of build and manage of Microsoft SFB, O365, TEAMS and AudioCodes CCE/SBC. • Fully competent with Microsoft Lync, Skype for business, O365 and TEAMS with enterprise voice feature. • TEAMS and Skype Online administration (licensing, calling plans, creating custom dial plans, creating and assigning various global and user level policies, building call flows, Skype for Business and TEAMS interoperability modes, CQD, etc.) • Additional knowledge of AudioCodes CloudBond 365, AudioCodes E-SBC, AudioCodes EMS/OVAC, AudioCodes Mediant Gateways and Analog Media Packs etc. • Clear understanding of integration with Ribbon, Audiocodes & other IP PBX devices • Responsible for planning, designing, installation and configuration of Microsoft Lync server 2013/Skype for Business and Enterprise Voice. • Audio Codes SBC's and SBA's & SONUS SBC's and SBA's • Comprehensive understanding of networking concepts pertaining to Microsoft Lync server 2013/Skype for Business • Managing Lync L1 and L2 operation support team • Planning and Implementation of Microsoft Lync 2013 enterprise voice Integration with Mitel MXONE IPBX • Installation and Maintenance for Mitel MX-One Server (IP based EPABX) and MX-One TSW (TDM Based EPABX) which are telephony switches used for ECN voice services • Exposure in modern concepts of end-to- end project planning and implementation from scoping, to activity sequencing, effort & cost estimation, risk analysis to quality management • Expertise on Contact Centre Solution (Call Centre) implementation • Designing IT/Telecom infrastructure and implementing technology to support large user groups • Comprehensive understanding of networking concepts pertaining to ISDN, TCP/IP, UDP, VOIP, SIP, H.323, Telecommunication • Effective communicator & negotiator with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities • Expert levels of problem solving and analytical Ability to analyse complex, detailed structures • Good leadership skills and has the ability to guide and provide technical direction and supervision for a given project • Good Understanding on Video conferencing systems (Polycom, Tandberg)
