Selected provider will be paid (only) for the proven results, and not the strategies. Initially payments will be made upon delivery of agreed goals. (eg number of PR 4+ links) We cannot waste money on authors of SEO books instead we are looking for practical help to increase our virtual ranking with specific keywords.
