Project Specification: 1. PR 2 + permanent relevant one way back links, non-reciprocal or link exchange (not the homepage of the website, but the actual page where the link is placed). 2. The linking page can not have more than 50 outbound links; 3. Links must come from different class C IP blocks; Up to 5 links from the same class C IP will be accepted. 4. No blog, search engine, FFA, hidden text, link exchange software, spam sites, gambling, pharmacy, illegal, adult, gambling, violent, or hate-based sites 5. Only new links. No links from pages that are already linking to my sites. 6. All links must be permanent and only direct static links will be approved. No Javascript, cgi, or other redirect scripts. No rel="nofollow" links 7. Links have to be approved before we process payment. Links which do not meet the criteria above will be rejected and not paid for. Requirement: 1. Effective and Responsible 2. You need to report to us at least twice per week regarding the progress. Payment: Pay per successful link. We will pay you anytime as long as you show me result. For example, if you want to feel secure, u can show me your 1st 10-20 successful links, and I will pay you according to the corresponding amount.
