Promotion of "Software new version Launching"

I would like to promote a "Software new version Launching" message in sites with specific key words/phrases I require 1000 PERMANENT, LINKS FROM PR3 and up PAGES. After the first 100 posts we will review the report (see below) and approve Only then you will continue in steps of 300 sites,we will review and approve till 1000 messages. Only 20% of each step can be Forum messages or Blog responses. I want to get these links over 2 weeks. All links must be visible and readable. - No blacklisted or Spam sites or spamming techniques like hiding JavaScript tag or hiding frames tag or meta refresh and redirects. - Page must not be excluded by [login to view URL] and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag. - There must be no more than 50 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed - We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. - We reserve the right to stop after every step and pay the relative sum.
