Email scrapper 2

I have a list of websites addresses in Excel column. I want to scrap the email address that would be at every website correspondingly. I need you to build a windows based app that can do the job and add the email in a new column beside it's corresponding website address. Multiple emails will be added to multiple columns. The scrapper would need to visit webpages linking the home page if it can not find any emails at the home page. This project is for a trusted client. No payments or milestones will be done until the project is completed and tested by the client, and until the client is happy. Whoever bids $50 or less will be hired immediately.
