Our emails are going to Gmail spam folder, although they are genuine emails. We don't know if it happens with other email providers, but it is definitely happening with Gmail. Our website allows booking of tours and activities and has a booking form. Booking confirmation emails generated automatically, are not reaching the inbox of users, but going to spam folder instead. Our website was recently hacked and we suspect we may be blacklisted by Google. The website is operating normally, but the emails from the same domain [login to view URL] are going to spam. We have another domain in the same IP, [login to view URL], which we used for development and is still blacklisted. Your task will be to figure out why the emails are going into spam and how to fix that issue. This includes, if necessary, removing us from Gmail blacklists or any blacklist that we may be in.
