Website airbnb timeout

We have problem, our profile on airbnb website is working normally, but one section, transaction, we cannot open. Its showing us error 503. Its some kind website timeout. Airbnb is telling us its not their fault and they can open normally in 2-3 minutes. So, we need someone who can show us how to open website in any browser, and that browser cant have timout after 30-60 seconds, it needa to be avaliable to countinue opening website for 5-6 minutes.
