Steam(tm) Trading Bot Configuration & Setup, Already finished just need to install with steam api

I need someone to do a small job for us and setup a Steam(tm) Trading Bot. Below I have some structures information on our opensource software and how it should perform. It's an est. 3 hour job.

I will be setting this project into 3 different phases. The first phase will take about 3 hours max and then if you do a good job we can move onto integrating a couple other features that I have planned.

I already have two versions of the website built. When you are interested in this job please contact me and I will host a meeting to show more, I do not want to explain the entire business here. Besides what we Have I just need the following in phase 1:

1. Finish installing Steam API into my current site

2. I already developed the tradebot I just need to have them installed and maybe changed around a little. I want to have someone help me gauge the amount of bots I should have up and running to ensure minimum downtime.

3. We are dealing with virtual goods in steam, lets say for example a gun on counter strike global offense. When a person goes and adds to cart (this part is finished already) they will make payment we will be notified and then we can manually send the item to them. I just want the bot to be scripted to automatically send the offer when payment has cleared. I also want them to be able to upload the items that they want to sell to our site. This is where the steam API comes in . By having them login to thier account they can access their items and select which items to transfer to our "pawn shop" . If they agree on price then their item will be sent and they will receive payment. Payment could be in the form of items in game such as keys or paypal, steam wallet gift cards, bitcoins etc.

There is not realy too much web design needed.
