Urgent need for Sales Copy, Landing Page & OTO page

I have an urgent need to put up a website for a proprietary real estate loan modifiation product containing a landing page that offers free report and then redirects to a sales copy page after capturing lead data. I need a complete sales page to sell the main product. I need all graphics created i.e., headers, footers, ebook images, money back guarantee, payment buttons etc. I need good sales copy outlining the pain points of mortgage meltdown/foreclosure and the benefits of buying our do-it-yourself loan modification kit to save their home from foreclosure (similar to [login to view URL]) . Must be able to effectively incorporate attention grabbing headlines, emotional/psychological triggers, unique selling position, scarcity tactics etc. I also need to create similar oto page to link to after purchase to upsell deluxe version. Need quotes right away. Must have samples to review. Need to be able to convert for $495 product (3 payment plan) and $995 deluxe OTO (3 payment plan). Must be able to deliver finished product in 3 days.
