Car Rental Website - repost

Create an e-commerce website for car rental using ASP.NET (Coding in Visual Basic) and SQL Server Express 2008 database. (Please note: It has to be developed using Visual Web Developer 2008 Express Edition (Coding in Visual Basic and SQL Server Express 2008). I have made few webpages and given reference of websites as the the website needs to be made similar to them. No javascript or flash or anything else. Only VB and SQL Server and simple graphics. Please provide explanation of the coding using comments. I need the actual code and webpages. See the attached project. I am also going to upload a word document for the requirements of the website.
