Self Help Resurce Guide - repost

I have had this project as on-going for a long long time. I had a coder that I had hired for the project, but he abandoned the project. No idea why. He did not give me any of the files for this project. There may be something on the server, but I have no idea if they are workable. The project is pretty simple, but will require some data entry. We are a Church that operates online. So if possible, doing this work as a full donation would be preferable. But if not, we will try to come up with some funds to get this done. Please see a copy of the current guide at [login to view URL] We want someone to take this quide and put into a searchable and easy to use format. For example, an end user comes onto our web site [login to view URL] and to the page that is set up for this guide. They go through a series of questions that are designed to drill them down to the help they need in the area in which they live. Example of questions: What is your name? What is your age? Where do you live? Do you have transportation? If so, how far can you travel? Can you pay for assistance? Do you need free assistance? What kind of assistance do you need? Food, clothing, job etc.... Once the user answers these questions, they would be given a list of resources based on the answers. Eventually, I want to expand this to other states and perhaps even other nations. I will also need a way to go in and easily add resources as we find them.
