Admin Panel to input Data & Photos for Escort website

I need someone who can create an ....ADMIN Panel / Webpage Integration... I have a male escort website and I want to AVOID using HTML to Code the photos and information into the page each time I get another male escort to join our website.. The reason is I plan on getting up to 500 or more guys so it's important for me to easily get this information loaded into the page or offsite to another page that is maybe embedded somehow.. should have a VIP Escorts page and Non VIP page that can grow to many pages automatically if needed as escorts are added, .. I have a thought on how this may have to be set up but I'll keep them to myself because I'm anxious to hear how you will plan on setting this up.. Used for Escort Clients to choose which escort they would like to order Age, Nationality, Height, Weight, Eye color, and Photo and Hobbies and the services they offer as seen listed below.. Also Each Escorts Photo will be One Larger one and 2 to 4 smaller thumbnail photos, When the client clicks on a photo it should be surrounded automatically by a nice photo frame. the services below are what they offer and should be included in the public area of the page..
