Hi,
First of all, PLEASE reads this project carefully, as I am offering a minimal PAYMENT for work + a shareholding of a new company based in the UK for the winner. This is a business opportunity for someone to be involved in a company which is 1. Doing a worth while cause for local community and for a charity called The Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children.
The new company and website is called give local, with a website address of givelocal.co.uk.
The site is for users to post items online as FREE GIFTS for other users to request that they want to receive them, which is then collected, once the owner of the item chooses the winner. In fact it's very similar to Freelancer concept, but with free items. There is a very small charge to the user receiving the free item, which is by part a donation to the above charity.
I am offering a SHARE HOLDING for this work of 10% ownership in the company and I am aim to seek investment down the line, as the business grows.
As far as myself goes, I will be running the site, the business, the marketing. I own 3 companies at present, one with a turnover of over £850,000 per annum.
The reason for offering a share holding, is that i am looking for someone to have a solid invested interest in the company and not just someone is working on a straight forward paid basis.

PS - I have an IT developer in the UK, which will be creating the PHP based platform and I will be investing a minimum of £10,000 myself into the company.
