I require a relatively simple and repeatable text logo design. The inclusion of a simple graphic element that communicates real estate/house is desired, but it should not make the design to busy or difficult to read. The primary logos may be used over real estate or landscape photographs, so they must be readable over mixed colors and densities by using a shadow, glow or other means. Separate simple versions are also required for small use over a light or dark background. This order is for 4 logos with the same basic style and graphic element:

I want several rough concepts to choose from. This is a work for hire project and a signed contract is required before work begins. The initial use is for a website header, but I require the right to use and modify the logos for other uses. I will want high res and if possible vector files for each logo in addition to files sized for the website header.
